This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices for a room with basic amenities, including free internet and free water, are very reasonable. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location is also a plus, situated in a quiet area just off a main thoroughfare.
All was great, no improvements needed.

only the friendly hard working staff
the location is awful very dirty area wild dogs all around. it is only good if you have some transit hours where you'd rather stay in a room than the airport but definitely the price must be revised

It is close to the airport. All we needed for one night in Bangkok. We greatly enjoyed the location. Free Wi-Fi worked well
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, such as Dad's Shop, just a short 15-minute walk from here, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city.

Easy airport pick-up and drop off, nice staff
Airport pick-up was a little confusing. Thought it was included in price, then told I had to pay extra. Then apparently they "didn't have enough change" when I payed. It was still an ok price, but sounded a bit like bs.

Welcoming staff, very friendly, they even prepared a free welcome drink. Good and free shuttle service. free wifi in room.
The location, in a skechy suburb, was a bit worrying upon arrival, and it's really not a place inviting to leave your room, but hey, it's an airport hotel, and it is close to the airport so that meets the expectations

Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Spent New Year's Eve at this airport hotel and was pleasantly surprised. the hotel's location was very convenient, only a short distance from the airport. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the breakfast provided was worth the price, with a wide variety of tasty options. the room was clean and comfortable.
Limited amenities, outdated decor. the hotel could use some updating as the decor felt outdated.

The people are very nice, the restaurant is simple but good. Not expensive and close to airport but not more.
Air conditioning is not good blowing air and made me sick ! There is nothing around the hotel so it's better stay inside for food and drinks.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the airport in Bangkok. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare. The rooms were decorated in a lovely Thai style and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning was quiet. The best part was that breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.
Despite the reviews I read, I didn't experience any issues during my stay at this hotel. Everything was okay.

Nice staff and clean rooms, nothing to complain for the price. Great to stay here for just one night for a stopover in Bangkok

They picked me up at the airport on time with a sign with my name on it. But then I had to wait 15 min for the car to show up.
Their staff was very unhelpful and they charged me for the airport transfer which should have been included. I was quite unhappy with them and their unwillingness to help. Will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. There are a million other airport hotels in Bangkok, so do not stay here!

I had a great stay! The airport transfer service was free and convenient and the location was close to the airport, making it easy to catch my flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. I had a pleasant experience during my stay.
There were a few areas of improvement. The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the rooms were in need of updating.

The only thing I liked that I could sleep to continue my trip to Kohsamui so I was me and my wife a live.
I had very bad experience in this hotel. When we arrive ,my wife and me we were shocked ,lizards every where and the hotel is located in a very dirty and bad area in Bangkok. It is in a village in Bangkok and it is in an area of dogs and bad smell. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody who likes the luxury and to make a good holiday. WiFI does not work in the room and the lobby(so called) is full of Mosquitos and insects.

1)The hotel charged us additional 150 baht for single way airport shuttle bus. They insisst our room pakage is not including the airport transportation. 2)The hotel only accept the cash. If use VISA/MASTER card you need pay additional service fee. 3)if we need go back airport next day by the shuttle bus, we need pay 150B again. In this hotel, anything you need pay firstly!
